We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Technician Manager
to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our technical and service team. The Technician Manager will be responsible for supervising technicians, scheduling work, ensuring quality control, managing maintenance/installation tasks, and ensuring all technical operations run efficiently and safely in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support a team of technicians across various service or project sites.
Schedule and assign tasks to technicians based on priority and skill set.
Monitor performance and provide training and guidance to improve efficiency and skill levels.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper execution of technical work and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution of work.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment; ensure availability and proper usage.
Prepare and maintain service and maintenance reports, documentation, and job completion records.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues escalated by the technicians or clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Support in recruitment and performance evaluation of technical staff.
