Job Description

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining River electric scooters, ensuring all vehicles meet company quality and safety standards while delivering prompt and efficient service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair of River EV scooters (mechanical and electrical). Diagnose faults in battery systems, motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and periodic service as per OEM guidelines. Handle replacement and installation of EV components. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure proper handling of diagnostic tools and service equipment. Follow safety standards and environmental protocols while servicing EVs. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Floor In-charge for smooth workflow. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new EV technologies and models.
