Responsible for performing vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work on Ford cars as per manufacturer standards. Ensures quality workmanship, adherence to safety procedures, and customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service delivery.
Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements on Ford vehicles as per job card instructions.
Conduct diagnostic checks using Ford-approved diagnostic tools and software.
Ensure all repair and service tasks meet Ford's quality and safety standards.
Identify additional repairs required and inform the Service Advisor/Workshop Controller.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work bay and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
Perform pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and periodic maintenance service (PMS) as per schedule.
Record all work carried out and parts used accurately in job cards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines prescribed by Ford India.
Participate in Ford technical training programs to update skills and knowledge.
Support the team in achieving monthly service targets and customer satisfaction scores.
