Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PCB assembly and soldering operations as per work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure high-quality solder joints using proper soldering techniques while preventing damage to components and PCBs. Carry out basic inspection, testing, and rework of assembled boards as required. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and daily production output. Identify and troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff. Follow safety standards, quality procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Support production and engineering teams in day-to-day technical activities.
Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly Understanding of soldering techniques and tools Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions Attention to detail and quality orientation Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Discipline, punctuality, and responsible work attitude
Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline Freshers or candidates with up to 1-3 years of experience may apply
