We are seeking a skilled

Instrumentation Technician

to support our plant operations by ensuring smooth functioning, calibration, and maintenance of all instruments and control systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining field instruments used in process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.). Troubleshoot instrumentation issues in coordination with the electrical and production teams. Support automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) and maintain control loops as per process requirements. Maintain proper documentation for calibration, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant operating procedures. Assist in commissioning and modification of instrumentation systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. 1-5 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance in a manufacturing / process industry (chemical, cement, power, or similar). Knowledge of control valves, transmitters, sensors, PLCs, and analyzers. Ability to read P&ID and instrumentation drawings. Willing to work in shifts and handle plant emergencies.
