Assist HVAC technicians during installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites.
Help in installation of ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC units.
Support in cleaning, testing, and basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, fastening, and assembling components.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Report any issues or damages to the supervisor.
Support technicians in attending breakdown calls and preventive maintenance visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge or interest in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical work.
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
Willingness to learn HVAC systems and procedures.
Physically fit and able to work at heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of safety practices.
