Description:

1. Responsible for routine instrument maintenance work

2.Responsible for routine field instrument calibration activity3. Responsible for follow the GMP document

4.Responsible for follow the GDP document

5. responsible to maintain instruments in respective area.

6. Responsible to maintan CGMP training document self.

7. Responsible to follow safety rules and regulation.



8.Responsible to handle shift activity as or when required



9. Responsible to monitor operation of all instruments and control systems installed in plants based on the SOP instructions/ recommendation.

10.Responsible to monitor and implement preventive maintenance of all instruments and control systems installed in plants based on the SOP instructions/ recommendation.

11.Responsible to ensures that all instrument and control systems installed in plants are maintained in good working order.

12.Responsible for allocating, monitoring subordinate's daily, weekly as well as monthly work schedule.

13.Responsible to coordinate with other departments to carry out maintenance, preventive maintenance and instruments calibration and ensure calibration tags and calibration status are updated accordingly.

14.Responsible to ensure that all job assigned are fulfilled in time and with complete accuracy and maintain the document as per regulatory requirement.

15.Responsible to monitor process and system alarms on control system and coordination with respective department for corrective and preventive action on daily basis.
