Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to support our production and quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management. The role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
> Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy.
> Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
> Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch.
> Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance. > Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components. > Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment.
> Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics.
> Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench.
> Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements.
> Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports.
