Key Responsibilities

:

Installation & Demonstration

Unbox, assemble, and install massage chairs at customer premises or showrooms Provide on-site operational training and basic usage guidance to customers

Maintenance & Repair

Diagnose issues and perform repairs on-site or in the service workshop Conduct periodic preventive maintenance checks for AMC customers Replace or repair faulty electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic components

Technical Support & Reporting

Respond to customer service calls and complaints promptly Maintain service logs, customer feedback, and job sheets digitally or manually Coordinate with the service coordinator for spare parts and scheduling

Quality & Safety

Follow safety guidelines during repair and installation Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and cleanliness of service area Ensure quality service standards as per brand guidelines

Required Skills

:

Basic knowledge of

electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to read circuit diagrams and product manuals Familiarity with

massage chairs or consumer appliances

and polite behavior Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or service software for job closure

Qualifications

:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Experience in servicing massage chairs, recliners, or similar products is a plus Two-wheeler license preferred (for field service roles)
