Roles & Responsibilities

The office should be cleaned carefully
Clean the office with the assistant technician
The complaint should be resolved within two hours of receiving the complaint
Connection activity should be done within two hours of new connection
After the customer discussion, all the device wires in the customer\'s place should be removed and brought to the office, and the device wires should be reused.

If there is an AC in the office, it should be turned on and off periodically
Network design and given procedure should be followed
Batteries office power should be taken care of
All responsibility related to that office is technician
*Installation:* Install and terminate Fiber optic cables according to industry standards and specifications. This includes laying cables underground, in buildings, and on utility poles.
Performing a variety of routine maintenance task
*Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and resolve problems with fiber optic networks, including signal loss, attenuation, and connectivity issues

Qualifications:

related field Experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in fiber optics preferred.
Previous experience in fiber optic installation, maintenance, or telecommunications field preferred.
Proficiency in using fiber optic tools and equipment
