Job Description

Minimum Qualification

? ITI in Electrical (mandatory)

? Certification or training in Electrical / Power Systems is required

Experience Required

? Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Electrical background

? Prior experience in Solar Panel Installation is highly preferred

? Experience with wiring, inverter installation, earthing, and electrical maintenance

? Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts

Key Skills & Responsibilities

? Installation, testing, and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and related electrical systems

? Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations

? Perform site inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting

? Coordinate with engineers and supervisors during installations

? Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

? Complete installation work within timelines and quality standards

Preferred

? Knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems

? Experience with net metering and system commissioning

? Willingness to travel to installation sites
