As Technician in continuous process industry; Coal based Thermal Power plant & Process Plant electrical equipments Operation & Maintenence & Condition Monitoring like VFDs, UPS
Coal based Thermal Power plant CPP electrical operation & maintenence of electrical equipments like HT Alternator, AVR, HT Panel, PMCC, VFDs, On line UPS System, Distribution Transformers, HT & LT Motors, HT VCBs & LT ACBs; HT DG sets; Synchronising of HT DG & TG set ; Station Battery Bank & battery charger
Forklift, Battery charger, Battery Preventive maitenance
Knowledge of HT Panel , LT PMCC & MCC based on PLC & DCS control logic
Group Control Drive of VFDs of make Siemens, Amtech , ABB , Allen Bradley ,Danfoss etc
Trouble shooting ,fault finding & Finding out RCA during shift operations independently
Control wiring understanding & modification
Knowledge of TPM activity

Skills Required
