Lead in-plant electrical maintenance activities to meet uninterrupted power supply Plan, prepare & execute various maintenance as per schedule (in coordination with user departments) to ensure smooth functioning of electrical equipment and machineries Plan and execute innovative projects to ensure energy conservation to meet the approved energy budget Ensure uninterrupted Power supply in HT/LT area by coordinating with State Transmission & Distribution Board Conduct condition monitoring of electrical equipment and carry out predictive/preventive maintenance by utilizing equipment/machine downtime Analyse parameters from available log books and data and accordingly prioritize actions for mitigation plan Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures and implement CAPA Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-time Adhere to electrical safety guidelines at all times Plan, execute and ensure adherence to project tracker/planner for various improvement projects as per budget and schedule Coordinate with consultants/internal SMEs for designing systems wherever required Support other user functions in execution of their departmental projects Prepare electrical maintenance schedule Execute maintenance as per schedule in coordination with user department, and ensure adherence to SOP and electrical safety guidelines Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-time Ensure proper documentation, update records and history cards Analyze repeated failures and implement CAPA * Qualification - ITI Fitter and 2-4 Years of Exp Required
