Technician - Job Role & Responsibilities:

Carry out

vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance

as per Mahindra standards. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and AC-related issues in vehicles. Perform

periodic maintenance service (PMS)

,

general repair (GR)

, and

warranty jobs

. Ensure proper usage of tools and adherence to safety protocols. Update job cards, record parts used, and report to the floor supervisor. Ensure

quality workmanship

and

timely delivery

of vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the assigned bay.

Required Skills & Qualification:

ITI / Diploma (Automobile or Mechanical). 1-5 years of experience in a similar role at an automobile workshop. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.). Ability to work in a team and meet service targets.

CoTEK (Certified Technician) - Job Role & Responsibilities:

Support technicians in complex diagnostics and repairs. Perform

advanced troubleshooting

using Mahindra diagnostic tools and systems. Guide junior technicians in technical processes and quality control. Ensure all jobs comply with Mahindra service standards and documentation. Conduct

pre-delivery inspections (PDI)

and

road tests

to verify job quality. Participate in

technical training

and skill enhancement programs.

Required Skills & Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in service workshops. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting error codes. Good communication and leadership skills. Certified or trained under Mahindra Technical Programs preferred.
