Experience:
2-5 years as Kitchen Equipment Technician
Scope:
Install, commission & service commercial kitchen equipment
Key Tasks:
Install/commission, diagnose faults, preventive maintenance, service hot/cold line, dishwashing, ice & beverage equipment
Knowledge/Skills:
Read wiring/plumbing diagrams, use tools (multimeter, clamp meter, manometer), basic brazing/crimping, stainless finishing; knowledge of 230/400V, LPG/NG, water/ventilation basics
