Key Skills: SS Reactors , MS Reactors , Glass line Reactors , Candle filter , sparkler filter , Bucket filter ,ANF , Rotary vacuum dryer , Agitated thin film dryer , steam tray dryer , centrifuge , water ejectors , centrifugal pumps , various valves , heat exchanger , vacuum boosters , caustic ventury , scrubber & various type of fire equipment's.



o Qualification - 12th /ITI o Production planning & controlling of all shift activities. o Trouble shooting with safety parameters. o Monitoring the parameter of production activities to reduce time. o Achieving production target & ensure strictly quality to improve productivity. o Works like Production, Glass Line Reactor, S.S. Reactor, Vacuum System, ANF, Scrubbers. o Understanding & hands on experience of Extraction, Crystallization, Filtration, Sulphonation, Distillation operation. o Handling of different types of valves, pumps, vacuum system, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Columns, etc. o Practicing House Keeping & Safe handling of Hazardous & Toxic chemicals. o Co-Ordination with maintenance, instrumentation, Electrical, utility & QC Dept. for reducing troubles & achieve Production targets o Different types of handling safety equipment & Firefighting equipment o Awareness of equipment change over & cleaning protocols. o Good understanding & experience of batch card filling & other production related documents. o Participation in kaizen & improvement ideas to enhance the plant productivity.
