Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine service and maintenance of Ather electric scooters. Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical issues. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Use Ather's diagnostic tools and service systems effectively. Maintain detailed records of work done and spare parts used. Coordinate with the service manager and workshop manager for job assignments. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area. Provide excellent service to customers and help explain repairs when needed.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in 2-wheeler servicing preferred (EV experience is a plus). Basic understanding of EV technology and diagnostic tools.
