Job Opening: Technician / Caretaker - Residential Apartment (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Technician / Caretaker to manage the day-to-day technical and maintenance operations of our residential apartment. The candidate should handle basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and assist the association with routine administrative works.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day maintenance activities of the apartment.

Attend and resolve plumbing issues (leakages, blockages, etc.).

Manage basic electrical work (lights, switches, wiring checks, common-area power issues).

Assist in gas pipeline monitoring and coordinate with gas vendors when required.

Coordinate with AMC vendors (lift, STP, pest control, etc.).

Support STP/soak pit related activities and raise issues timely.

Maintain logs of maintenance, complaints, and completed tasks.

Purchase minor materials required for maintenance (with approvals).

Visit bank/office for small official tasks of the association.

Assist residents with general facility-related issues.

Ensure proper upkeep of common areas and utilities.

Requirements

Experience in apartment/ building maintenance preferred.

Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is a must.

Ability to identify and coordinate with external vendors/technicians when required.

Must be responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Should be able to communicate politely with residents.

Minimum education: SSLC or above.

Work Schedule

Full-time (8-10 hours per day)

Weekly off will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
