Purpose of the Role

1. Responsible for Design & Implemetation of Assembly Fixtures, Setting Gauges, Presses, Part Trolleys, Material Handling Equipments
2. Development activities to improve the productivity, Assy processes, work practices, efficiency and utilisation
3. Fixtures manufacturing, assembly & proving for process improvement
4. Establish TQM and ACME way of manufacturing across the assembly
5. Establish a safe working environment and demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitude

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Trouble shooting of conveyor system and make smooth production flow
2. Trouble shooting of gantry systems at section assembly line
3. Indentify potential area of error proof process and implement in co-ordination with team
4. Establish functional testers with QA to ensure reliablity on dynamic parts
5. Conduct trial to validate the Jigs/ fixture/Accessories & Establish the Jigs/ fixture/Accessories for regular production
6. Demonstrate processes to operate in TAKT time by new deployment of fixtures / processes
7. Identify & implement 3C concept for critial parts across assembly
8. Establish operations / fixtures with safety point of view and ensure accident free hrs
9. Support automated sub assembly for bringing-in the effectiveness by timely providing spares & facilities
10.Work with automation team for SMART factory implementation through transformation & INDUSTRY 4.0 techniques
11. Implement fatigue free operations across the assembly by material handling techniques
12. Provide & Train operator / technician to improve their skill set and ensure defect free products
13. Implement robust process across the assembly by low cost automation techniques
