Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Electronics Technician to join our battery assembly team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing battery packs used in various power devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform battery pack assembly, including cell arrangement, tab welding, soldering, and insulation.
Solder electronic components and connectors as per circuit diagrams.
Handle spot welding, crimping, and wire harness assembly.
Perform basic electrical testing such as voltage, current, and continuity checks.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed during assembly.
Maintain records of assembled units and test reports.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing defective assemblies.
Work collaboratively with R&D and Production teams for prototype and pilot builds.
Maintain clean and organized workstation and tools.
Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in soldering (through-hole & SMD).
Knowledge of electronic components, batteries, and circuits.
Ability to read circuit diagrams and wiring layouts.
Basic understanding of Li-ion, NiMH, or Lead-acid battery packs.
Familiar with multimeters, power supplies, and testing tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics.
Experience in battery assembly, PCB soldering, or electronic manufacturing will be an advantage.
