Key Responsibilities :
Carry out regular servicing and inspection of buses (cooling, air, hydraulic, lubrication systems).
Perform diagnostics and field troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical failures.
Log field issues and vehicle data for further analysis (CAN logs, BMS readouts).
Implement firmware and hardware upgrades on buses as directed.
Maintain SOPs for the servicing of the vehicles.
Maintain TAT for resolving the repair/maintenance/breakdown.
Collaborate with depot and OEM support for issue resolution and part replacements.
