Installation of IoT controllers
at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers

Documenting installation and service activities accurately.
Qualifications:
Degree in
Electrical Engineering or related field
