Attending Client's calls and addressing all their software queries promptly.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients
Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software thorugh remote desktop applications.
Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
Conducting research on potential Client's database as per the requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
Minimum Graduate
Female Candidates Only staying in the Western Line of Mumbai (Bandra to Borivali)
