Summary: As a Technical Writing Representative, you will engage in the creation of comprehensive written and visual documentation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather information, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise content, and ensuring that all documentation meets the needs of product development, design, and marketing. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the understanding of technical solutions and strategies through your writing, making it accessible to a diverse audience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all materials. - Conduct reviews and revisions of documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technical Writing. - Strong command of grammar, style, and formatting conventions. - Experience in creating user manuals, guides, and online help documentation. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback. - Familiarity with documentation tools and software for creating and managing content. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Writing. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
