About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
2. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
3. Work and consult with stakeholders to create product documentation for every release
4. Write easy-to-understand, crisp and concise online help, user interface text and API documentation
5. Assist senior writers with storyboarding of video tutorials
6. Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
7. Adhere to the fundamentals of technical writing

Note:

1. You should have the willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
2. You should have enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
3. You manage multiple projects by prioritisation and hard cut-off dates
4. You adhere to Zeotap\'s company, privacy and information security policies and procedure
5. You need to complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time
6. Candidates who have completed their graduation or 2023 batch only will be preferred
