Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with a passion for transforming complex engineering and technical content into engaging, basic and expert-level training materials. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering documentation and training delivery, producing high-quality training documents that enable effective knowledge transfer. Your work will support internal trainers or subject matter experts in conducting structured and interactive training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret engineering documents, manuals, and technical specifications. Create clear, accurate, and logically structured training documents tailored for experts to deliver. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and training experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance. Design training materials that include interactive elements, exercises, and gamified content to drive participant engagement and learning. Continuously improve and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving product features. Ensure all training content aligns with branding, documentation standards, and instructional design best practices. Work with graphic designers or use authoring tools to create visually engaging materials, including diagrams, flowcharts, and step-by-step guides.
Your profile and qualifications:


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a technical writer, instructional designer, or similar role. Strong understanding of engineering or technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly. Experience developing training materials or eLearning content for basic and expert-level delivery. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar authoring and platforms. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus. Strong project management and communication skills.


Preferred:

Background in engineering, IT, or a related technical field. Experience in creating gamified training elements or interactive learning modules. * Basic graphic design or multimedia editing skills.
