Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, system architecture documents, and project reports. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to gather technical information. Ensure all documentation is consistent, accurate, and aligned with company standards. Revise documents as projects evolve and update documentation as required. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation when needed.
