This calls for a completely novel approach to solving conventional problems at scale and building products and solutions for nascent spaces. We are looking for experienced Technical Writers to record, maintain and communicate our internal information with the right stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 
  Collaborate with the Engineering team, Product Managers, Project Managers and other departments to capture and maintain the Knowledge Base for all departments
• 
  Facilitate capturing and recording of new and existing information generated through various decision points such as scrum ceremonies, group discussions, town hall meetings etc.
• 
  Create and maintain periodic documents such as a user manual, release notes documents, guided tours, engineering blogs and other organizational documents
• 
  Create and maintain custom templates for recording important information for internal and external stakeholders
• 
  Monitor metrics and do enhancements for improved collaboration, engagement and productivity for both internal and external stakeholders
• 
  Create strategy and flows for new and existing information available on internal tools.

Requirements

Requirement

• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience is required
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication and experience working with content in multiple mediums
• 
  Experience working with cross functional teams
• 
  Strong experience in owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
• 
  Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• 
  Experience in Knowledge Base management tools such as Confluence, Notion or similar tools
• 
  Applications must be submitted with a portfolio of written documentation eg: Articles, Blog Posts, etc
