We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced, full-time Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll create customized user guides that use a conversational tone of voice to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately. You will be part of a global team in a large software technology company that provides solutions to communication service providers worldwide. In this position, you must work independently with minimal supervision while aligning with the team\xe2\x80\x99s styles and standards. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, willing to ask for help when needed, and offers help whenever possible. Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of technical writing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
• Excellent command of the English language, including rules and usage.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred, or general experience in the software industry.
• Bachelor\'s degree required. Certification in Technical Writing is a plus.
• Ability to understand, explain, and write complex technical information in a conversational tone of voice.
• Knowledge of DITA, XML/HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Attention to detail while managing several complex deliverables across multiple groups, cultures, and time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-reliant and able to develop content with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating videos using Camtasia is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Writing Style Guide is a plus.
• A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolve problems and deliver results.
