- To write user manuals, training manual, API documentation, Release notes technical design documents etc.
- Develop quick start guides, installation guides, planning and deployment guides, administrator\xe2\x80\x99s guides, user guides, troubleshooting guides, context-sensitive online help, and knowledgebase articles.
- To keep up to date with product changes, customer use cases and support issues.
- Handhold smooth rollout of the solutions.
