THE ROLE

Work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements, create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals. Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text, utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts. Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.

OPPORTUNITIES

You will identify in advance the documentation needs, based on the product release schedule You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. You will gather more information from reading reports and directly using the Product. You will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. You will build and maintain business and technical documentation guides using Madcap Flare. You will communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing. You will perform quality checks on other deliverables and ensure the quality of own work before publishing. You will publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines. You will create User Journeys for Temenos Products.

SKILLS

You should have bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. You should have proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation. You should have ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. You should have possessed excellent written skills in English to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design. You should have good working knowledge of MS Office applications and also Mad Cap Flare, HTML and CSS. You should have self-starter and ability to work independently. You should have flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
