We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technical expert for proofreader role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proofreading, creating and revising complex Maintenance manuals, validation, and publishing workflows. This role demands a strong understanding of Aerospace technical publications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Experience with Dassault Falcon projects especially in aerospace technical publications workflows. Experience with aerospace standards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge of aerospace Tech pub data process Proofreading DA aircraft manuals like AMM/FIM/FIP/SDS Creation and revision of complex maintenance manuals Should have knowledge of aerospace Tech pub data process Analyzing and interpretation of Engineering Drawing and 3D o Analyzing and interpretation 3D files Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. o Client interactions related to the project as per the requirement. Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) used in aerospace technical publications. o Ensure compliance with aerospace technical publication standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Tools:

Proven experience as a proofreader for Dassault projects. Hands-on experience with Dassault projects for generating high-quality outputs from XML content. Strong expertise Linguistic as per ASD STE-100. Should be strong a team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with publishing workflows. Understanding of aerospace technical publication standards, ISpec 2200 and S1000D. o
Good Knowledge on the tools Arbor text, CBP, DocTec and Adam author.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience in proofreading and generating high-quality XML outputs for Dassault Aviation projects.

Strong background in linguistic standards, especially ASD-STE100 (Simplified Technical English). Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and 3D models, with the ability to extract and apply technical data effectively.

Deep understanding of aerospace standards including ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D. Skilled in using industry-standard tools like Arbotext, CBP, DocTec, and Adam Author.

Solid knowledge of publishing workflows and document lifecycle in the aerospace domain.
