. Write customer-facing, developer-friendly online content, user guides, system operations guides, API specifications and reference material for 5G enterprise products & solutions. . Establish and support content related quality gates in the product development lifecycle. . Engage closely with product engineering teams to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents. . Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product and project functionalities. . Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users. . Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. . Maintain a library of documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use. . Produce high-quality documents with a consistent \'look and feel\' by strictly adhering to the standard templates and style guide. . Develop SME-level competence in the assigned products and put a conscious endeavor towards ability to demonstrate the product/solution. . Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Qualifications : . Bachelor\'s degree in technical writing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, an equivalent or a related field. MBAs, and Mass Communication Graduates with exceptional written and spoken English are welcome to apply. . 6to 9years of experience in technical writing, in a software development or technical product environment environment, preferably in online format (developer portal, platform portals) for large-scale enterprise applications. . Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that is optimized for search engines. . Experience creating technical documentation such as user guides, API references, and online help systems, with a focus on SEO best practices. . Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or RoboHelp, as well as SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. . Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and maintaining online documentation. . Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering high-quality, SEO-optimized content. . Experience with version control systems such as Git and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
