Danfoss is looking for Technical Writer & Illustrator. Job Responsibilities 1. Supporting in Performing end to end Document Release Management and Translation Project Management. 2. Creation and document updates in various deliverable formats such as PDF\'s, Word documents and Online help in Technical Communication, and Technical Writing 3. Supporting in Technical document translation 4. Supporting in Certificate Release in DAM 5. Supporting in Creating Illustrations according to the technical inputs from the writers. 6. Supporting in updating the manuals/guides with the latest version content periodically 7. Good Knowledge in Technical writing and developed Service guides, Installation instructions, Programming guides, etc. Releasing the approved documents to the internet and intranet via SAP. 8. Supporting in Creating Multi-language documents and releasing it based on the customer requirements. Background & Skills Experience- 2-4 years Qualification - BE (Electronics/electrical/Mechanical) Tech writing Experience/ PLM/ SAP/Illustrator/DAM experience Tools knowledge required - CMS, PLM, SAP master data, SharePoint, MS Excel, Adobe illustrator etc. Strong knowledge on the following: Document Management system (SAP DMS)- Engg drawings, brochures, fact sheets etc., Product Classification Translation Project Management Technical Document writing Good communication and cooperation skills, open for dialog, discussions, and international cooperation, Well organized, structure-minded, customer oriented, systematic, and meticulous, Supportive, independent, self-driven Acting in accordance with standards and guidelines, Ready for new tasks and challenges.
