Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit user guides, manuals, and other technical content for BID products. Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other collaborators to collect information and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents. Ensure all documents align with company standards, business unit requirements, and industry standard processes. Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation. Maintain a repository of technical guides and templates for future use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in technical writing, preferably in the bioscience industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documents. Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards. Proficiency with XML authoring software (Oxygen, SDL Publication Manager, or similar) using a content management system. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. Ability to work effectively independently as well as with diverse teams and subject matter experts. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to undergo necessary training.

Skills and Proficiencies:

Experience with required software (e.g., CCMS, RFPIO). Excellent writing and editing skills, including a strong grasp of grammar and style. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly language. Understanding of the target audience and ability to adapt content accordingly.
