DSPL is urgently hiring for a Technical Writer. About Us A group that has been involved in ecommerce since 2002. With offices in the UK, India, Australia and New Zealand, we have organically built a strong portfolio of online businesses and a host of recognizable brands. Our India offices are in Vadodara and Hyderabad and provide us with a suite of functions that include web production, marketing, accounting and support. Where a lot of international companies utilise manpower from India, we don\'t see them as a back office but rather the core of what we do and who we are as a team. The Job A fantastic opportunity now exists to join our content team as a Technical Documentation Writer. The role involves taking sometimes complicated subject matter and putting it into an easy to follow format. The project that the candidate will initially work on will be to help create SOPs for each of our functions.

• Create a number of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each of our departments.
• Work with department heads in order to understand each of the tasks that they perform.
• Document the tasks into easy to follow steps.
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience.
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials.
• Continuously look to improve documentation.

About You

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience in writing similar documents.
• An excellent standard of education.
• A flexible \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
• Ability to find solutions to problems.
• Can work independently and be self-motivated.
