Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Onboarding new resources and respective formalities. Manage and track trainings for New Joiners.
• Technical (AWS and Azure) and compliance trainings. Develop understanding of technical trainings for CSPE Team.
• Manage trainings and curriculum for New Joiners. Track and monitor trainings. Reporting on training compliances. Adhere to the global LMS Admin guidelines. Participate in regular review meetings.
• Provide Compliance reports (Technical Trainings of TIS, CSPE specifics).
• Manage communications for CSPE Teams. Understand technical needs of CSPE Team in Public Cloud domain (AWS and Azure).
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for CSPE Teams from trainings perspective. Co-ordinate with AWS and Azure for training.
• Understand the needs of Technical trainings as part of associate development program.
• Training compliance for all mandatory trainings Training records management for the TIS CSPE team. Technical Capabilities Building- Cloud adoption Acceleration. Faster Onboarding. Defined Training Framework.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Min. 3 years in similar role as Training/ Learning Manager .Skilled with computerized data systems; familiarity with Cornerstone Learning Management Systems or other learning management system a plus.
• Experience working with a learning management system.Experience working with MS Excel and Excel macro programming, preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication.Considerable organization awareness (e.g. interrela- tionship of departments, business priorities), includ- ing significant experience working cross-functionally and in global teams.Must have good presentation skills.Technical documentation writer experience.Develop

• Degree in science, or related experience. Fluency in English (oral and written)
