Job Description

We are looking for a technical writer for our client (Datacenter Business) based out of Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, you will:

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product workflows and configurations tailored to each customer environment. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. Create user manuals, installation guides, deployment guides, API documentation, walk-through videos and other technical materials. Ensure all documentation is current with the latest product features and updates. Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and translate them into clear, concise documentation. Assist in developing templates and standards for technical documentation. Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy. Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases. Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Proficiency in using popular technical documentation tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience (3 - 5 years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology focused environment.
