Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop Content ranging from user guides, how-to articles, technical reference (API), concepts, release notes, blogs, training material, and videos
- You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to document new features & improve existing content
- Conceptualize, plan, develop, and write high-quality content
- Drive innovation and experiment with new-age content formats, information architecture, and work-flow driven, minimal content
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, usability, and productivity
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer asks through internal/external connects to drive innovative content development and delivery methods
- Participate in product QA/Testing activities alongside QA team.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical, software solution preferably more than 02 years
- Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats
- Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail
- Creative and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn about new products, technology, and tools quickly
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Processes, SaaS, Cloud, and IoT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment based on the needs of internal teams and customers
- Must have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/MCA only
