Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer (3-4 months Contract)
to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documenting software products, and web technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, organize, and maintain
technical documentation
for help and guides within the application flow.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, Project managers, and UI/UX designers to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Write and edit documentation that adheres to style guides, industry best practices, and internal standards.
Create how-to guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles for internal and external stakeholders.
Document web application workflows, system configurations, and integration processes.
Work with development teams to ensure documentation is updated in parallel with product releases.
Ensure content is structured for reusability, localization, and accessibility.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Technical Communication,or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a
Technical Writer
in software product or web-based application development environment.
Proficiency in documentation tools.
Excellent
writing, editing, and communication skills
with attention to detail.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum development cycles
and familiarity with developer workflows.
Knowledge of version control systems
(Git)
Exposure to
content strategy, information architecture, and UX writing
