- Work involves all aspects of developing technical documentation associated with each of the products.
- Writing clean, concise, innovative, blogs about the product, its use, online help and developer guides
- Task reprioritize based on business needs.
- Create relevant blogs and publish on social media.
- Write high-engagement content for product & promotion campaigns.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that meets professional documentation standards.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing
- Ability to create the technical content independently, without any grammatical error and easy to read and understand by the reader/user of the system.
- Good working knowledge on the document writing and publishing tools.
- Ability to grasp the complex product details and its features and to explain them in a concise manner through print/online/electronic media.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
