General Summary:
Minimum qualifications:
Support engineers by planning, organizing, writing, formatting, editing, and releasing highly technical information deliverables such as application notes, data sheets, schematics, programmer reference manuals, user guides, tutorials, APIs and presentations.
:

• Skills/Experience Good English communication (writing) skills - 3 to 5 years of experience creating end-user documents in a high-tech publications environment Ability to design and develop technical information in a well-structured manner: concise, easy-to-use, etc. Knowledge of DITA, XML, or markup languages (e.g. HTML) XML content management systems and single-sourcing
• Familiar with graphics packages - Like Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Visio Skilled in Microsoft suite of applications
• Basic understanding of computer architecture and semiconductor fundamentals Quick learner Team player Desirable: Knowledge of Content Management Systems Working knowledge of Perforce Web content development and document delivery JIRA and Confluence RST, Markdown, API documentation

Additional Skills/Interest: Video creation and editing Ability to understand chipset layout/circuit design Knowledge of audio, mobile systems, CPU architectures, digital interfaces Preferred educational qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Computer Science
Minimum Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, English, or related field and 2+ years of experience writing and editing software and/or hardware documentation and content, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of writing and editing software and/or hardware documentation and content, or related work experience.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of writing and editing software and/or hardware documentation and content, or related work experience.
