Roles and Responsibilities

\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualize, research, plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering.

\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver high-quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews by all stakeholders.

\xef\x82\xb7 Constantly engage with development teams and other customer-facing SMEs to develop user-interface documentation.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work with limited supervision including a little or no supervision in the pursuit of established goals and the resolution of complex issues as they arise.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology, tools, and processes.

\xef\x82\xb7 A strong team player as well as an individual contributor.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and complete the projects within deadlines.

Must have

\xef\x82\xb7 Structured content authoring \xe2\x80\x93 XML/DITA, structured FrameMaker

\xef\x82\xb7 Documentation experience with HTML & CSS, XML/DITA, and/or Wiki

\xef\x82\xb7 Any content management system or Component Content Management System - SDL

\xef\x82\xb7 MS Office, SharePoint

\xef\x82\xb7 Tortoise-SVN or any version control repository

Behavioral Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to learn new technology

\xef\x82\xb7 Very good communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environment

Qualification :

\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Technical communication or Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) or English literature

\xef\x82\xb7 3-5 Years of experience in technical writing
