Design and implementation of training and development programmes
Collation of training needs for Severn Glocon personnel and external customers.
Creation, updating and management of training materials.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to create a library of modular training sessions and tools for our employees and agents.
Support Product team in New Porduct Development (NPD) products being launched with training materials for sales and agents.
Support Regional Sales Teams with external training requirements for customers, including bid preparation, development of training courses and materials and delivery of client training.
Collaborate with the People Team to develop individual learning plans and a system for monitoring and reviewing progression
* Work closely to developing training programmes with external training authorities as required
