You will be working as Technical Training Coordinator and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Services Division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Service Team Leader and will be responsible for organizing technical training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and / or technologies in accordance with contracts and budget. Your responsibilities Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers Developing individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs Implementing effective and purposeful training methods and effectively managing the training Evaluating organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Evaluating employees, identifying weaknesses and identifying training needs according to business needs Managing the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team Your background Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering Minimum 6-8 years of quality experience in training center activity Prior experience in a supervision role Exposure to medium and low voltage switchgear product Good communication skills More about us ABB\'s Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity.
