As the Technical Training Academy Head, you will lead the development and execution of training programs across multiple pharmaceutical sites within a cluster. • Training Delivery:

• Oversee training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

• Quality and Compliance:

• Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and address gaps.
• Resource Management:

• Allocate resources (trainers, facilities, materials) efficiently.
• Collaborate with site-specific training coordinators.
