Role Overview:

experienced and passionate Technical Trainers

with prior experience in the

EdTech or IT training sector

. As a Technical Trainer at Nschool Academy, you will play a vital role in mentoring students, delivering hands-on instruction, and helping shape the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person technical training sessions in your domain with clarity and confidence. Create a student-focused, interactive classroom environment. Guide students through real-time projects and hands-on labs. Continuously improve course content to align with current industry trends. Assess student performance through assignments, code reviews, and mock interviews. Provide mentoring and technical guidance throughout the learning journey. Work collaboratively with the academic and placement teams to ensure student success. Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in your domain.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching/training in the EdTech or IT sector. Proficiency in the relevant tech stack (MERN, MEAN, Python, Java, etc.). Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
