About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate training programs on emerging technologies, ensuring participants gain practical, industry-ready skills. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to engage and inspire learners in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and deliver corporate training programs across technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL) Data Science, Data Analytics, Power BI Full Stack Development (Python, Java, .NET) Conduct interactive, hands-on lab sessions and real-world project-based training. Customize training modules to meet client requirements and industry standards. Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into training content. Collaborate with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a corporate trainer/technical mentor. Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: AI/ML/DL, Data Science, Python, Java, .NET, Power BI, Full Stack Development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging, practical, and outcome-driven training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) or corporate workshops. Hands-on experience guiding real-time projects in a corporate or academic setting. Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
