Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer with expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving to prepare college students for placement drives. The candidate should have excellent technical knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire students for technical and aptitude-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on Data Structures, Algorithms, and Coding Problem-Solving Techniques in various colleges.
Design, develop, and update training materials, coding exercises, and mock
tests.
Conduct hands-on programming sessions using languages like Java, Python,
C++, or others as per student requirements.
Prepare students for technical interviews, online coding assessments, and group
discussions.
Provide mentorship and feedback to students, helping them improve their
performance in placement drives.
Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and workshops to simulate real
placement scenarios.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in technical
education and industry hiring practices.

Required Technical Skills:

? Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
? Data Structures & Algorithms: Deep understanding of foundational and
advanced DSA concepts (e.g., Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, etc.).
? Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex coding problems and guide students
in competitive programming.
? Coding Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank,
CodeChef, or GeeksforGeeks for creating practice exercises.
? Version Control Systems: Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub for sharing and
managing code is a plus.
? Technical Tools: Proficiency in IDEs such as Eclipse, PyCharm, or VS Code
for conducting live coding sessions is a plus.
? Basic System Design: Knowledge of concepts like APIs, architecture patterns,
and real-world applications is a plus.
