About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate

Technical Trainer

to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering

in-class training sessions

, guiding students in projects, and ensuring that they gain strong practical knowledge in the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

offline classroom training

sessions on assigned technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Web Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud, etc.). Design and update

course content, assignments, and projects

to match industry standards. Provide

one-on-one doubt clarification and mentoring

to students. Conduct

assessments, mock tests, and interviews

to track student progress. Ensure students are prepared for

placements and real-time projects

. Collaborate with management to improve course delivery and student engagement. Maintain

discipline and professionalism

in the training environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Programming:

Python, Java, C, C++

Web Development:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React

Advanced:

Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud (AWS/Azure) Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to explain concepts in a

clear and practical way

. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Equivalent Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but

not mandatory

if technically strong. Freshers with strong technical skills and good communication can also apply.

Compensation

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
